HOW LONG WILL MY WELL TAKE TO ARRIVE?
From the time we recieve your payment, your well will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks although this is often sooner! During our very busy periods it may take 6 weeks.
WHY SO LONG?
Each well is unique! We start each order completely from scratch, they are not mass produced as others are. Everything is handmade and your well will be hand decorated exactly as you require. If we are concerned about anything you request we will email you personally to ensure it is just right for you!
We are a small family business, we do not employ lots of staff. My husband builds and paints and I (Andrea) personally design and hand finish each one.
HOW IS MY WELL PACKAGED?
Once your well is complete it is wrapped in a clear celophane and finished with ribbons. This not only looks nice but also helps to protect it from dirt and dust.
It is then placed into a large cardboard box and tightly secured. We have never once had any arrived damaged but should this happen we are more than happy to have it returned to us for a full refund or replacement.
CAN I COLLECT MY WELL?
Unfortunately not. We are a family run internet business and do not have a retail shop for our wells, but we may be able to hand deliver if you are not too far.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY WELL?
Upon receipt of your order we will email you with details. Payment can be online via credit/debit card, or by cheque or postal order.
DO YOU HAVE A LARGER WELL?
We do supply larger wells but these are for hire only and are all white wells with no design choice. If you would like to hire the large well please email your enquiry to us at lilypondweddings@yahoo.co.uk
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?
We are more than happy to ship our wells but please enquire first as the shipping costs are very high. For the USA the cost of shipping is £50.00! As much as the well itself!
